Rules and examples

Each helper uses explicit character, format, or conversion rules. Displayed examples are checked against the same deterministic functions used by the tool. A site’s own labels, examples, and validation messages remain the authority.

Sources and limitations

Guides cite primary Unicode, government, or standards sources where practical. Editorial dates are changed only after substantive review. The tools do not provide legal, immigration, banking, or specialist advice.
