Form language has patterns.

COMMON JAPANESE FORM ERRORS

What do Japanese website validation messages mean?

Most form errors describe a required character width, script, field, or length. The fastest fix is to identify that rule and change only the requested text.

全角 and 半角

These specify full-width or half-width characters. Use the width converter instead of retyping everything.

カタカナ and フリガナ

These usually ask for a phonetic name reading. Many forms expect full-width Katakana.

文字以内

This sets a maximum character count. Spaces usually count unless the form says otherwise.
